How would you handle a Squad Leader if you discovered they were mistreating/abusing a cadet on their squad?

First suspend them pending an investigation for abuse of power and then based on the outcome of the investigation, dishonorably discharge them or keep them on suspension. The severity of their punishment would be based on the severity of their abuse.

I’ve been Commander for five years, Shadis stepped down and named me his successor after Wall Maria fell.

Your reputation among the SC recruits as “daddy” or “daddy danchou” is quite large. How would you react if some recruit actually called you “Daddy” in private or, worse, in front of your squad leaders ??

I’ve not heard about this yet, it must be talked about behind my back and in private places. I’m sure if someone said it to me in private I would tell them I’m not their father and they really shouldn’t use me as a replacement for him. If they said it in front of other high ranking members… I’m afraid it would be a major embarrassment for all parties involved but I don’t know what I would say to them.

What would you do if you found a cadet to be underweight? ~Aria.

Well, we’d need to find out if there was a medical reason for it and if it could be treated. The problem with someone being underweight would be that they could hurt themselves on a mission from the gear since it’s all fitted to each person for the most part and if it was off the person would risk harming themselves.
