Does mun have any tips to help with extreme social anxiety?

((Not really. I’m not great with giving people advice on things like anxiety since every person’s is different. What I do personally is always have access to music via my computer or phone so I can put on some headphones to drown out the other things around me and if I’m out in a strange place or even a con, having a friend with me to hold my hand to ground me is really helpful.))

Mun, in a previous post I recall you said something about archery, correct? I’m curious as to whether or not you just picked it up or took lessons as well as your skill.

((I just did it on my own because I wanted to. I did it the first time when I was seven and loved it so I got a practice set years back to try again. I wasn’t awful but I wasn’t the best, I probably would have been better had I had some actual lessons. Oops.))
