I don’t really cheer people up to be honest. My brand of trying to make people feel better usually is met with displeasure and anger. I’m not one to sugar coat things after all.
I get there about once a month or every other month based on missions and planning. I don’t really spend any leisure time there, I attend to whatever business I need to see to and leave.
Says the man who seems to be a magnet for children.
Don’t mock my misfortune, old man. That’s your fault as of late.
My fault? Last time I checked you put them in your own squad, Levi.
It’s not my fault you can’t convince more capable adults to the Scouting Legion.
Then again, what adult in their right mind would do what we do? Without being forced to, of course.
I will have you know I try very hard to get adults in our ranks but the last adult I saw in the training was a man named Daz I believe. Grown men and women don’t want to just suddenly join the military you know.
((I’m tired and stressed but I’m all right. The kitties are good in fact Jade is being her usual nasty self and sleeping spread eagle next to me because that’s how she rolls.))
